Managed Services & Systems Monitoring

NetData has developed a powerful group of software packages to employ proactive management and monitoring of our client’s workstations and servers. Our management products keep your computers updated and tuned up on a continuous basis thereby substantial reducing the number of support calls and performance related problems. In addition, our 24x7 monitoring system alerts our service desk of any errors, outages and predictive failures that occur so that they can proactively respond. Escalation procedures are automatically in place to notify the proper technicians in the event repair is needed.

These services can be purchased a-la-carte or as a total package with support and administration included.

NetData Server Guardian - Server Monitoring and Support

Package includes the following:

24x7 Server monitoring for hardware and software errors and failures- Errors and outages are reported to our helpdesk for prompt follow-up and repair.
Microsoft Windows Patch Managament- Patches are tested in our data center and scheduled for deployment based on an outage window predetermined in consultations with your company.
Server antivirus software installed, updated and monitored
Backup status monitoring
Battery backup monitoring - monitors status of uninteruptable power supply(UPS)
Monthly Report - Executive report emailed monthly containing server performance and management information
Unlimited administration and support
Quarterly virtual CIO meeting and services review
Optional spam and web content filtering

NetData PC Guardian - Workstation Monitoring and Support

Package includes the following:

Unlimited helpdesk support
On-site support as needed
24x 7 remote monitoring/alerting
Windows security updates and patches tested and deployed
Temporary file cleanups
Hard drive defragmenting
Antivirus software installed and monitored
Spyware Removal
Comprehensive monthly report of managed service activities and system status

NetData Email/Web Guardian

Hosted Spam and virus filter for email. Protects your network and systems from the threat and negative productivity and performance impact of unwanted emails.

This product also allows access to email in the event of an outage to your server or network.

Additionally, we can include a web content filter designed to prevent viruses and spyware from entering the network via the web. It will also produce a log of web browsing activates and proactively block content and web sites based on the client’s preference.

NetData Earns Philadelphia 100 award for 2011!

For the second year running NetData is honored to receive an award as one of 2011's fastest growing companies. Our ranking will be revealed at the Philadelphia 100 award banquet on October 27th. NetData earned a rank of 29th fastest growing company in the 2010 awards and we are excited at the prospect of exceeding that rank this year. This distinguished honor is awarded to the fastest growing privately held companies in the Philadelphia region. NetData accepted this award at the Philadelphia 100 ceremony held at the Annenberg Center on the University of Pennsylvania campus.
